Welcome to intimate.pk.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the intimate.pk website and your purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About intimate.pk

intimate.pk is an online retail store offering personal, intimate, wellness, personal-care, clothing and related products to customers in Pakistan.

The contract for the sale of products is between the customer and intimate.pk. Shopify provides the technology platform on which our online store operates.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, specifications and availability are accurate.

However:

  • Product colours may appear differently depending on your screen;

  • Packaging may change from time to time;

  • Manufacturer packaging may differ from product photographs;

  • Product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product descriptions, pricing or availability.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on intimate.pk are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise specified.

Applicable delivery charges, taxes or other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the purchasing process or communicated to the customer.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order may be subject to verification before acceptance or dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where:

  • A product is unavailable;

  • The displayed price contains an obvious error;

  • Customer information cannot be verified;

  • We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity;

  • The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled;

  • A technical error has affected the order.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your name is correct;

  • Your phone number is reachable;

  • Your delivery address is accurate;

  • Any information required for successful delivery is correct.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

6. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, payment is due at the time of delivery.

We may restrict COD availability for certain customers, locations or orders where there is a history of repeated refused, cancelled or fraudulent orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary because of:

  • Courier delays;

  • Weather;

  • Public holidays;

  • Security or route restrictions;

  • Incorrect delivery information;

  • Operational issues;

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, certain intimate and personal-use products may not be returnable after opening or use.

9. Personal and Intimate Products

Customers are responsible for using products according to the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and intended purpose.

intimate.pk does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment through its product listings.

Product information provided on our website should not be treated as professional medical advice.

If you have a medical condition, allergy, sensitivity or other health concern, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using a product where necessary.

10. Customer Reviews

Where reviews are enabled, customers should provide honest and genuine feedback.

You must not submit:

  • False reviews;

  • Reviews pretending to be from another person;

  • Abusive or threatening content;

  • Spam;

  • Malicious code;

  • Content that infringes another person's rights;

  • Unlawful or defamatory content.

We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of intimate.pk, including logos, branding, text, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, page designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to intimate.pk.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The latest version published on this page will apply to future use of the website and future orders.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
